At Alice & Faith, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. That’s why we offer a 30-day return window from the date you receive your item. During this period, you may return your product for a full refund or, if preferred, an exchange for the same item in perfect condition – at no additional cost.
Important Information
Faulty or Damaged Items:
Returns are accepted only if the product has a clear defect or does not function as described. This includes issues such as manufacturing defects, incorrect items received, or products damaged during shipping.
No Returns on Undamaged Items:
If the product is not defective and functions as intended, we unfortunately cannot accept a return. Please ensure the product meets your expectations before completing your order.
Return Period:
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. After this period, returns can no longer be accepted.
Condition of Returned Items:
Returned items must be unused and in resellable condition. Any signs of wear or damage may affect your eligibility for a return or refund.
Return Shipping Costs:
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We do not reimburse return shipping fees.
All returns must be sent to the address provided by our customer service team. Returns sent to the wrong address will not be processed.
Refunds
Once your return is accepted, the purchase amount will be refunded to your original payment method. If you choose to exchange the item, we’ll send out the replacement at no extra cost.
If your product has any faults, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or a refund, depending on the nature of the issue and applicable consumer protection laws.
